These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkr33 ("pkr33", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino, sportsbook, and gaming platform accessible at pkr33.app and any associated subdomains or applications (the "Platform").
By accessing the pkr33 Platform, registering an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3.2 Each individual may only register and maintain one Account on the pkr33 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.
3.3 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and to update such information promptly if it changes. pkr33 reserves the right to suspend or close Accounts where information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
3.4 pkr33 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for refusal.
4.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on the pkr33 Platform. Registration by persons under 18 is strictly prohibited. pkr33 will conduct age verification as part of its KYC process. Any Account found to be registered by a person under 18 will be immediately closed and any deposits returned.
4.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the pkr33 Platform is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction. pkr33 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. Players in Pakistan acknowledge their sole responsibility for compliance with all applicable local laws, regulations, and ordinances.
4.3 Capacity. By registering, you confirm that you are of sound mind, are not subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform, and are not registering on behalf of a third party.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr33 Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
5.2 You must notify pkr33 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any breach of your credentials. pkr33 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
5.3 pkr33 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. With 2FA enabled, a one-time verification code is required when signing in from any unrecognised device.
5.4 pkr33 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to request your password does not originate from pkr33.
6.1 pkr33 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah, subject to minimum deposit thresholds and any applicable transaction limits as published on the Platform.
6.2 Deposits are credited to your Account Balance as soon as they are confirmed by the relevant payment processor. pkr33 does not accept deposits from payment methods registered in the name of third parties.
6.3 pkr33 reserves the right to decline, reverse, or withhold any deposit that is suspected to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
6.4 All deposits must be made from payment accounts or methods that belong to and are operated by the registered Account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in Account suspension.
7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted for funds forming part of your real-money Balance. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
7.2 pkr33 requires KYC identity verification to be completed before processing any withdrawal. Documents required may include government-issued photo identification and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
7.3 Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and Account VIP tier. Standard processing times are published within the pkr33 banking section. Gold and Diamond VIP tier players benefit from expedited withdrawal processing.
7.4 pkr33 reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence checks before processing withdrawal requests of significant amounts or where unusual activity is detected on the Account.
8.1 pkr33 may offer bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to registered Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts, which are published with each individual offer.
8.2 Bonus Funds are held separately from real-money Balance and must meet stated wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time period or Bonus Funds will expire.
8.3 pkr33 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a Player has already met the conditions of an active promotion prior to its modification or withdrawal, the terms applicable at the time of qualifying will apply.
8.4 Bonuses are for recreational use only. Any Player found to be exploiting bonus structures, creating multiple Accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or otherwise abusing promotional offers will have their Account suspended and any bonus-derived winnings forfeited.
9.1 Wagers placed on the pkr33 Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or sport as published within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific game or sports betting rules, the specific rules shall prevail.
9.2 Once a Wager has been confirmed by the Platform, it is final and cannot be altered or cancelled by the Player except where explicitly permitted by the rules of the applicable game or market.
9.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a Wager, pkr33 reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Balance. pkr33 will not honour payouts arising from manifest errors or system faults.
9.4 pkr33 reserves the right to set and adjust maximum Wager limits, maximum payout limits, and individual Account limits at its discretion.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkr33 Platform:
Breach of these prohibitions will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
11.1 All content on the pkr33 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of pkr33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
11.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the pkr33 Platform without express written authorisation from pkr33.
11.3 Game content and software provided by third-party game studios operating within the pkr33 Platform are subject to those studios' applicable intellectual property rights and are used by pkr33 under licence.
12.1 pkr33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides all registered Players with the following tools accessible from the Account settings dashboard: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, and self-exclusion options.
12.2 Players who wish to self-exclude may request a temporary or permanent exclusion by contacting pkr33 support via live chat or through the self-exclusion tool in Account settings. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once active, cannot be reversed for the duration of the chosen exclusion period.

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
13.2 pkr33 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. pkr33 shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from Platform unavailability, technical errors, or security incidents beyond its reasonable control.
13.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pkr33's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
13.4 pkr33's total aggregate liability to any Player arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.1 pkr33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, pkr33 will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the amendments take effect.
14.2 Your continued use of the pkr33 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of any funds in your Balance.

15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pkr33 is incorporated.
15.2 In the event of a dispute regarding Wager outcomes, Account transactions, or the application of these Terms, Players should contact pkr33 support in the first instance. pkr33 will endeavour to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through pkr33's internal complaints process, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body as notified by pkr33 from time to time.
